Hey ,
I'll be honest. I'm overwhelmed AF.
The amount of decisions that needs to be made to put together a product line is no cake walk.
I could really use some help...
It's a balancing act of sourcing material that is high-quality, environmental friendly but also affordable enough that I'm still turning a profit for each jagua & henna kit sold.

Problems I'm running into:
-
Ridiculous Minimum Orders - Most print houses want me to commit to at least 1,000 units. That's not just expensive, it's straight-up unrealistic. Like... where would I even store all that?
-
Impossible to Figure Out Shipping - Shipping rates are ridiculous. Imagine buying a kit, then seeing shipping cost almost the same as the kit itself. No way that feels fair to buyers.
-
Complete Decision Fatigue - Packaging is a nightmare. Tin boxes could be useful for freezer storage, but is that overcomplicating? Boxes are simpler, but they get tossed and aren’t sustainable. URGH!
|
The good news is in the grand scheme of it all: we're narrowing the entire product line.
That means it won't just be temporary tattoo jagua kits.
But rather an entire online store for a body art collective.
Think henna, tattoo sticker sheets, design booklets, etc.

Anyway, what do you think? have any questions?
Sending good vibes,
Nadine
